Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): Early in the episode Ramsay suggests that 11 staff is too many and 2 have to go. The boss sacks a young man with medium length hair and a young woman. At the end when Ramsay is congratulating the restaurant staff for a successful relaunch, the two sacked staff are standing with the rest of the crew.
