Using a mixture of live action and animation, Kidd Video followed the adventures of Kidd Video and his band who are abducted by Master Blaster and transported to a dimension called Flipside where they are transformed into cartoon characters. Rescued by Glitter the fairy, the band tries to free other from Flipside and still return to their own live action dimension.
