Mikey Simon, from Cleveland, joins the cast of LilyMu, a show which used to be Japan's hottest series. The co-stars think he's wrong for the job, but viewers don't agree with that and Mikey is Japan's newest superstar and LilyMu jumps back to the top of the ratings. Mikey tries to win over his co-workers, get an idea of Japanese culture and look awesome while wrestling robot beetles.
