Summary: In order to help build the friendship that is falling apart between Maya and Nina, Jack suggests Maya throw Nina her birthday party. Maya does the best she can, but Nina eventually pushes her over the edge. Meanwhile, a bet is on between Finch and Elliot. Finch thinks Elliot only gets his girls because of his job, and to prove he doesn't Elliot must get a girl of the same "magnitude" under the name of a different job...chosen by Finch.
