Journeyman- Show Reviews |

The show was great in my opinion because you never knew what Dan's next move would be. I thought the show would defiantly be around for a few seasons but i guess it wasn't that popular overall. I really liked the show's structure and plot. Wish it was off the chopping block. |

Journeyman was a pretty good show, and I feel like it definitely would have improved if given the chance to. |

Yeup Just another awsome show that gets cancelled!!and yet crap shows with no real thought or storyline last for ages.. Journeyman is one of the best shows i have seen for a long time, if it doesn't come back on it would be such a waste. Brillent 10/10 |

Our hero is inexplicably moved to the past at random. He realises he has to change lives for the better. Has a resemblance to 'Quantum Leap' but don't let that put you off. I think it is well worth watching. Please follow the guidelines when posting your review. Quark - Moderator |

I agree with that. And I just found this comment by googling the issue. I also noticed the theme song in New Amsterdam it sounds strangly the same that in Journeyman. It would be great if Journeyman came back. |

Look and listen carefullly to the opening of New Amsterdam. For a few seconds there is an image of a clock turning backwards. It looks just like the clock turning backwards on Journeyman's opening. And if you listen to the music played while the clock is inreverse - the music that is different from the rest of the New Amsterdam opening - you will hear strains of the Journeyman opening music played while its clocks turns in reverse. |

I'm form the UK and was also hooked on this show. Totally different, superb acting and storylines and another great show that gets cancelled. As another of my top shows Jericho has been cancelled I hope these tv bosses are happy cause i'm not!!!!! |

i really loved this show. i think NBC made a mistake of cancelling it. the writing and acting was awesome. *not to be a debby downer here but if i remember correctly Sci-fi is owned by NBC so the chances of them picking it up are slim to none.* |

The show got canceled? I thought it just wasn't having new episodes lately because of the writer's strike. Ugh, I'm so aggravated now |

This was one of the best shows NBC has had, and yes, I remember the Star Trek fiasco! What can you say....oops?!? Obviously, NBC didn't learn. I hope another network can pick this up and run with it. For you die-hard fans, there are sites out there trying to get NBC to change their mind, but personally, I think NBC is just loving all the attention. We have de-programmed NBC from our TVs and simply will not watch it anymore. Why bother? If they do come up with a good show, they'll only cancel it, right? Lesson learned. First Star Trek, now this. Enough. I wonder if Sci-Fi will pick it up? GO Sci-Fi!!! :o) |

In my humble opnion this show is great. The storyline is not dragging and has some twists which are amazing. I hope we will hear about the future of this series or do we have to go to the past to find out |

Unfortunately NBC as cancelled the show. The last time NBC had a hit show that everybody loved. After 3 years they caned it, because they did not think it would ever become a long lasting hit..Today the show as had 4 spin offs and 10 motion pictures that has made billions. It even as the fans creating there on shows . Of corse i am talking about Star Trek . Need i say more. (AKA Quinn Mallory) |

By far last weeks Double Down episode was the best. I would have not scripted it any other way. The only thing is -what's with Dan's old girl friend (Livia Beale). Is she alive or dead. If she does do same thing as Dan does by going into the passed and help people does she have a life., or just staying living in the passed Can anyone give us info on when the next episode will be on episode 14. this thing cannot end. just as time does not end for Dan Vassar and the show Journeyman! |

After watching the first few episodes, I still wasn't sure if I liked it enough to continue...now I'm sure. The 'past and the present' of this show are a welcome addition to my tv show schedule. The development of the characters has progressed to the point where I look forward to the next episode, to see what happens to who, and how changes done in the past affect the present. |

Why did this site spell Dan Vassar's name with 2 "a"s and Jack and Katie Vasser with an "a" and an "e"? |

Well, NBC has let its option to extend Journeyman for a full season lapse as of this Tuesday. It amazes me how you have shows that are well written and thought provoking get canceled but have so many other shows that are really about nothing stay on the air for years. |

@f1racerjb IMHO this is a lot *better* than Heroes. If you saw this weeks Heroes episode, it looks like they are over-reacting to earlier criticism of the slow pace of season 2, and throwing everything into the works. That is doomed to fail, I think, it is just confusing. For example, with what we know now, who is *really* on the side of good? Journeyman, on the other hand, is keeping closely to its original premise, and is concentrating on the effects of Dan's journeys on his present life and on those around him. In that respect, Blowback was indeed the best episode yet, as it brought together several aspects of that paradigm. I for one cannot wait to find out what happens with the FBI. Was this now-defunct agent "doing a foreigner" as we used to say (i.e. doing private work on company time), and will the authorities now find his case notes and launch an official investigation? |
