  • Episode 09 - Goof (continuity error): Judging from the exterior shots, the airplane changes from a 747 to a 727, then to a L-1011 Tristar, then to a modern twin-engine wide-body.
  • Episode 09 - Goof (plot holes): When Louis Garber is revealing to Rachel Penbroke that he is trying to kill her because she was responsible for the death of his mother, they are alone. John Doe walks in shortly thereafter and tells Garber that killing Rachel will not bring back his mother. He could not have known anything abou
  • Episode 04 - Goof (continuity error): The cordless phone disappears from Karen's shoulder as she jimmies the lock with the credit card.
  • Episode 21 - Goof (continuity error): When John is asked to paint, he sticks his left hand in a green bucket, his right in a blue bucket. He begins to paint. The camera pans out and both marks are blue. The next time the canvas is shown, the left is green and the right is blue, as it should be.
  • Episode 04 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): About twenty minutes into the episode, John Doe is introducing Detective Hayes to Digger seemingly the first time. At the beginning of episode three, however, you also see John introducing them.
