ITV Formula 1 (UK)

TV Series (1997 - 2008)

In 1997 ITV outbid the BBC for the broadcasting rights in the UK for the Formula One Championships and duly took over. At the end of the 2008 Season they relinquished these rights in favour of the BBC (see BBC F1 link below). As the BBC had done previously and now subsequently they screened, live, all the races, with a variety of presenters from ITV Sports over their 12 years.
