Character Bio

Sheriff Tom Underlay was the sole survivor in a plane crash in 1996. Tom has a daughter Kira. Since the plane crash, he married Mariel. Tom is the stepfather to Rose and Jesse Varon. Tom seems to be in control of the survivors of the hurricane. Tom has been keeping many secrets. Tom was in the Air Force. Tom is somehow involved in the cover-up that is taking place in Homestead, FL.
