Hilton family matriarch Kathy Hilton brings 14 highly-promising young women to New York City to live at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and introduces them to a high society lifestyle which only one will attain. Each woman faces weekly elimination as she moves toward a career. Winner receives a full-time job within her most-suitable field while she spends a year residing at the Waldorf.
