Summary: Lucy refuses to leave the house while waiting to receive word on whether or not she's won a contest to get her apartment redecorated. This annoys Ricky so much that he decides to have Fred call Lucy and tell her that she's won, but Ricky never bargained on having to buy back all of his old furniture back when Lucy believes the phony call and sells all of the furniture.
