Huff was the best drama series ever. period. (ok, not counting MASH, duh). I am a mental health therapist so the way he (as a typical psychiatrist) was portrayed was absolutely brilliant. heartbreaking, hysterical, deeply, deeply human and real. I am so PISSED (american use of that word) that the show was canceled b/c it was the best dramatization of the daily heartbreak and hope lived by both the mentally ill & the people who try to help them. and of privileged dysfunctional families. Oh, & yes it is true, folks, that taking madman can indeed be verrry therapeutic & healing for certain people in certain situations. BUT i strongly caution against anyone purchasing it in the USA as it will not be pure MDMA, guaranteed. go to the UK or the netherlands OR find a therapist who is ethically using it with clients on the DL. but be careful. honestly, there are plenty of self-help books out there that can be just as helpful if one is willing to commit the time. word to the word, yo. |

Me neither. At the time I started watching it, it represented a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of other series running back then. |
