Summary: In an attempt to capture Robin's heart, Ted declares his love to her. Once again, Robin resists and prepares for a weekend away with her co-anchor, Sandy. Ted makes one last romantic gesture which leaves their fate as a couple in Robin's hands. Meanwhile, when Marshall finds out about Lily interviewing for a summer program, a heated fight ensues.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FAIR: Penelope mentions having slept with Barney twice in the back of his car, but in "Arrivederci, Fiero" it is revealed that Barney doesn't own a car and in fact cannot even drive. However, Barney often lies to women and could easily have told her that some random car was actually his. They slept in the car; she never said that he drove it.
