Summary: Ted surprises his friends with a styling and well-planned out New Year's Eve excursion around the Big Apple. After spending New Year's Eve apart from his friends last year, Ted is dead-set on ringing in this new year with his best pals at his side and doing it in style. As Lily, Marshall, Barney and Robin are chauffeured around town in a limo hired by Ted, the night takes some interesting twists and turns -- and when the clock strikes twelve, Ted may end up getting that kiss he has been longing for or at least the promise of something good to come.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: During the scene when the gang thinks they see Moby on the street, the backseat of the limo has, from left to right, Robin, Ted, and Marybeth - Ted's co-worker and date for New Year's. Then, all of a sudden, Ted is to the far right at the window talking to "Not Moby," Robin is in the middle and then Marybeth, Ted's date, on the far left - the furthest seat away from Ted.

TRIVIA

Whilst the gang are driving around in the Limo and MaryBeth (Ted's date) stands up to get some air through the sunroof, they are parked out side 'Nolita', the restaurant that "Kitchen Confidential" (2005) was based in.
