Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): When House is examining the 102-year-old man, the old man is wearing a jacket. The shot cuts to House for a brief second, then back to the old man again, who is now without jacket.

Trivia

This is the second time House refers to the fictitious 'Tiburon Swab Technology', previously mentioned in Season 6 Episode 5 "House M.D." (2004) {Brave Heart (#6.5)} in a similar manner - to give a pretend medical justification for a lie.
