Summary: A bus accident has left House with a head injury along with dozens of passenger with injuries. Although he is dazed, House has flashbacks where he can recall one passenger having had the signs of a deadly illness, but can't remember who it was or what he saw that clued him in.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: When House's heart stops, Wilson and Cuddy perform CPR on him, with Cuddy doing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. However, she is doing it incorrectly; she is not pinching his nostrils shut, which is necessary, otherwise the breath of air will escape out of the nose, making mouth-to-mouth ineffective.

TRIVIA

The scene with the bus crash in slow motion is very similar to the airplane crash in Fearless (1993) with Jeff Bridges (I), including the attempt to hold hands as the crash occurs. Additionally, when House has a cardiac arrest, and Cuddy gives House mouth-to-mouth, the scene is similar to the scene where Jeff Bridges eats a strawberry and has an anaphylactic reaction, with his wife ('Isabella Rosselini') giving him mouth-to-mouth. The similarity between the two scenes is striking,
"Thirteen's" name is revealed to be Hadley. Cuddy is yelling at her not do a procedure that House has ordered, and is calling Thirteen, Dr. Hadley.
