Summary: A documentary film crew is chronicling a teenager with a major facial deformity who opts to undergo a dramatic reconstructive procedure. When the patient suffers a heart attack just prior to the surgery, House and the team are called in to determine the cause, since the surgery cannot proceed until the patient's cardiac condition is diagnosed. With the film crew covering their every move, Cameron and Chase are especially self-conscious, and House looks for ways to escape from the cameras. Meanwhile, House finds himself distracted by several of the candidates vying for a spot on his team, and he questions his motives for having chosen them.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CHAR: Dr. Cuddy teases House by saying he's going to read to deaf kids. They couldn't have heard him reading if they were deaf. She probably meant blind kids.
FACT: House initially rules out the correct diagnosis of Lyme Disease because they cannot find the trademark rash from the tick bit. While the rash is a good way of confirming the diagnosis, one in 5 patients present without one, making its absence no good reason to rule out the condition.
FACT: A patient with a pacing wire has his pacemaker turned off while Dr Kutner stands by holding up defibrillator paddles. Turning off a pacemaker will make the heart slow down and stop, not fibrillate. Even if fibrillation was a danger, paddles would not be used - external defibrillation pads would be placed on the patient's chest and back well in advance to avoid wasting time.
