Summary: A Cuban couple flee to America to find Dr. Gregory House, as the wife is suffering from undiagnosed illness. However, when they finally get there they find that House can do little for them. Meanwhile, the staff deal with Foreman's departure, which heralds the first of several radical changes in the staff.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Wilson tells House "You're living in the same apartment for 15 years. You drive a ten year old car. You are not good with change." However, in season 1, House lived in a different building, in an upstairs unit, which is definitely different than his first floor unit in this episode. (You can see it in season 1 episode "Socratic Method" right before House starts making calls to the patient's previous doctors late at night.)

TRIVIA

SPOILER: All three of the doctors on Dr. House's team departed in the third season finale. Chase was fired because House claimed Chase had learned all he would - if he had learned anything at all. Foreman had resigned to avoid becoming like House. Finally, Cameron resigned knowing it would have no affect on House.
