Summary: Bob comes in suffering from a breathing attack after role-playing with his wife. After trying to find out what's wrong with him, House decides to tell the man he has a sexually transmitted disease, which causes his wife to tell House a secret. Meanwhile, Wilson has moved in with House and things are not going too well for either of them.
