Summary: House must treat a teenage supermodel for her heroin addiction, but soon realizes there is something different about her. Wilson is wondering if House's increased leg pain means that his leg nerves are actually regenerating. Also, a male patient in the clinic is somehow experiencing his wife's pregnancy, including her labor pains.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Alex falls on the runway in the first scene, she falls face forward. However, immediately after she is laying on her back.
CONT: When Foreman is talking to Alex about upcoming brain biopsy, she is twitching constantly. When camera is looking at Foreman, she lays completely still.
PLOT: SPOILER: House and Wilson do a full body scan of the patient, during which Wilson remarks that the patient has "no problems with her ovaries and, if anything, they're a little small." Eventually, House deduces that the patient is actually a male who, due to testosterone insensitivity, physically developed a female body. This means that the "ovaries" that Wilson saw were actually testes. But, if they had done a full body scan of the patient, going so far as to notice the small size of the "ovaries," why is it that they failed to notice the complete lack of a uterus?
FACT: Dr. House says that no one can touch Alex for three years since she's fifteen, but the age of consent in New Jersey is sixteen.
