Summary: After journalist collapses at his editor's retirement party and hits his head, he regains consciousness but his words do not make sense. Since House is in Baltimore trying to defend his Medicaid billings with Stacy, the only way the team can help figure out what's wrong with Fletcher is through the telephone conversations. Meanwhile, as they are stranded at the airport together, House and Stacy realize that they still have feelings for one another.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Stacey and House are waiting for their plane, Stacey has a pen in her mouth. In the next shot it's behind her ear, and in the shot after that it disappears.
PLOT: House and Stacey travel by air from Princeton NJ to Baltimore MD. That distance can be driven in about two hours, so it's unlikely that they would fly. The air travel is likely just a plot device so that they can be stranded overnight by bad weather.
