Summary: After Dr. Sebastian Charles, who is renowned physician and head of an international organization to fight the spread of tuberculosis among the poor in Africa, is rushed to the hospital after collapsing, he immediately determines all the symptoms are from TB. House does not believe it and orders rounds of tests. Soon after the case gets the attention of the media, Dr. Charles refuses any more tests and medication in order to bring to light about the medical needs in Africa. Cameron actually sees eye to eye with Dr. Charles, but House ends up making his situation worse. Meanwhile, Foreman fills in for House in the clinic with mixed results.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Dr. Sebastian looks at the pills, there are four in the little glass, but when he pours them on the table after a cut there are only three pills, also in a different order. When he pours the last two pills, the order is pink pill, the last two pills, blue pill, but you can also see him pouring pink, blue and the two other pills. When the camera shows Sebastian and the table, the order is: pink, white, blue. After that the order of the pills is messed up again.
