Summary: Cuddy's young handyman, Alfredo, ends up falling from her roof and she soon joins the team in figuring out what caused him to fall in the first place. Cuddy is racked with guilt, even more so after House must amputate his hand after it becomes infected, because he is the sole provider for his family. After taking a trip to his neighborhood, the team may figure out just what caused Alfredo's illness in the first place.
