Summary: Although baseball player, Hank Wiggen thinks he just has a badly broken arm, it turns out he has some severe bone loss and his career is over. Soon, House believes that Hank is using steroids, even though he swears he has not. Hank's kidneys begin to fail and his wife says she will gladly donate one of hers, but if she does she will have to abort her still early pregnancy. Hank, after hearing this, tries to kill himself. It's up to House and his team find out what the true problem is and soon if this pitcher's life, as well his career, is going to be saved. Meanwhile, Foreman dates a pharameutical rep and House ends up getting stuck with two tickets to a monster truck rally and ends up going on a "date" with Cameron.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Cameron and Chase (later joined by Foreman, Sharon, and House) are eating dinner in a restaurant, Cameron begins the scene with her fork in her left hand and knife in the right. The camera cuts to Chase, and we can see the fork in her right hand and nothing in her left; the way it remains for the rest of the scene.

Both Scott Foley (I) and Meredith Monroe were regulars on _"Dawson's Creek"_. Foley played Cliff Elliot, whilst Monroe played Andie McPhee.
SPOILER: Diagnosis: Cadmium poisoning from cannabis use.
The fancy black and silver cane featured in "All In" (season 2, episode 17) actually made its first appearance in this episode. House uses it when he goes to the Monster Truck Rally.
