Summary: Tim is doing his annual Christmas light contest and his top competitive neighbor is still beating Tim at every angle. Tim has no idea how he is getting beaten with all his ideas so quickly. We soon learn that Randy is dating the man's granddaughter and she is revealing Tim's Christmas light ideas.
