  • Episode 10 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Col. Culbraith receives a letter, he reads it aloud beginning with "Dear William", but the letter itself can be clearly seen to open with "Dear Colonel".
  • Episode 11 - SPOILER: In the flashback to 1944 Mac speaks German. Translated it means: "I assure you, Oberst Stauffenberg, you can totally trust me and my abilities."
  • Episode 13 - While directing "Revelation 6:8", Adrian Paul filmed a scene for the upcoming "Comes a Horseman" so that the crew would not have to return to Bordeaux.
  • Episode 19 - Goof (factual errors): Mary Shelley's actual inspiration for Frankenstein came from propaganda being spread about Charles Darwin, and a French translation of a German horror tale, Les Fantasmagoriana.
  • Episode 12 - The second flashback sequence between Cassandra and Methos was directed by Adrian Paul. He filmed this scene while shooting "Revelations 6:8" so that the crew would not have to return to Bourdeaux.
