Hey Arnold! - 01x03 Arnold's Hat / Stoop Kid

Summary: Arnold's Hat Arnold accidently loses his hat in the wind. Helga finds it and takes it home to use on her shrine, but when her mother throws away the things in the back of her closet she must trek through the dump to find it and return it to its downtrodden owner.Stoop Kid Arnold's football lands on the stoop of the Urban Legended bully "Stoop Kid", a kid who is afraid to leave his stoop that he guards with his life by bullying anyone until they run away from his stoop in shear fright. So, understandably, Arnold is nervous about getting his football back. But when Arnold accidently makes Stoop Kid the "joke of the town", he must help Stoop Kid over come his biggest fear by teaching him how to leave his stoop.
