Five contestants have been kicked out of Hell's Kitchen as of now. They are in order of episodes: Josh, J, Lacey, Louie and Nilka. Out of all of them, Josh and Nilka were the only ones to return. The reason for them are as follows: Josh: Overcooked a risotto and wasting cooked pasta that wasn't even ordered. J: Overcooked rice for both teams and overcooked scallops. Lacey: Overcooked lamb and admitted to not being able to cook meat. Louie: Used all the lamb in the blue kitchen and cutting it the wrong way. Nilka: Serving raw lobster.
The first episode of Season ten had its 125th dinner service.
As of season ten, 150 contestants have competed and over 10,000 guests have been served.
The first episodes of Seasons four and ten both accomplished a feat, which was the blue team never served any appetizers. Although in Season four, they did serve an appetizer but their customers have already walked out.
The very first signature dish Gordon Ramsay tasted was from Andrew in Season One. The first one he enjoyed was Carolann's Chicken Parmesan in the same season.
The very first contestant to ever leave Hell's Kitchen during dinner service and quit was Andrew in Season seven.
