Summary: After a surprising elimination round, the remaining three contestants realize that no one is ever safe in the kitchen and tension amounts as they each strive to be the last one standing. With the finals approaching, Ramsay tests their leadership skills and gives them each a chance to run the kitchen. But his job is not as easy as it seems and one wannabe chef learns that it takes more than good cooking to win it all.
