Summary: Dr. Jonas prepares to perform the first uterine transplant, but first must get Dr. Grant's approval. However, Dr. Grant has other things on his mind as he races to save a six-month old baby with a rare heart defect and is reluctant to give Dr. Jonas the go-ahead on the risky transplant. Meanwhile, Dr. Grant has an opportunity for a uterine donor, but Kate has to get through to the grieving mother in order for her to consent to the donation.
