Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (revealing mistake): When the car containing the injured McGarrett is rolled over by the tow truck, there is no engine or transmission in it.
Trivia
- Beginning the following season, and continuing for the rest of the time that he was a cast member, the introductory credit for James Macarthur shows him looking through a broken window while bluish police lights flash around him. That shot is taken from an early scene of this episode.
- This is Robert Nelson's first appearance on the show. Interestingly, while he was credited as "assassin" he would later appear as Wo Fat's right hand man Mr. Chong in his subsequent appearances.
