Mistakes/Goofs

• Goof (continuity error): McGarrett tells Danny that his sister's baby is 12 months old. He later says that the baby is 6 months old.
• Goof (revealing mistake): Early in the episode, McGarrett visits what is supposed to be an office of the Food and Drug Administration with the phony medical device he bought in order to help bring charges against Dr. Fremont. Despite the tight shot of the doorway (above which is the sign stating that this is the FDA), it is clear from the doorways, the unusual texture of the building's exterior, and even the news racks near the doorway that this is actually the entrance to the Van Nuys courthouse shown later in the story (minus the "FDA" sign).
