Jesse is a brutal alien soldier who is considered too great a risk due to his lack of compassion. His superiors give him a humanoid form and send him to Earth a primitive planet where the inhabitants are just as brutal as Jesse. With Jesse is Control, a small hovering AI sphere that tries to direct him and help him learn what he needs so that he can return home to his own people... someday.
