Happy Days - 02x05 R.O.T.C.Summary: Richie is named ROTC leader, a job he doesn't really want. The boys decide that this means an easy ride for the semester. But when the soldiers refuse to follow Ritchie's commands, he is reluctantly forced to put them all on report, which means they will need to repeat the course in Summer school.
