Summary: When Miley loses her voice after a Hannah concert with six encores, she learns that she will have to have throat surgery if she ever wants to sing again. Miley is extremely nervous the night before the operation and she has a dream that her mom comes to visit her to tell her that she shouldn't be worried and that everything will turn out fine. CONT: In the scene where Jackson is talking about a giant wiener ruining Miley's operation she is holding a spoon and in another camera shot it's down, but when the camera goes back to the camera shot, less than a split second later, she is holding the spoon the same way.
CHAR: During the scene where Jackson is "Bucky Kentucky" and he is saying Miley is "little miss nobody", you can plainly see that Jason Earles is wearing his wedding ring.
