Summary: Miley gets upset with Lilly when she fails to pick her to be on her flag-football team at school. In order to stop them from fighting, Oliver handcuffs them together. But when he loses the key only hours before Miley is scheduled to appear as Hannah at an awards show, Miley and Lilly will have to learn to work together even though they're upset with each other to pull off the show while chained to each other. Meanwhile, Robbie gets tired of Jackson not listening to what he tells him to do so he decides to stop talking to him. But soon the silence is too much for Jackson to take and he tries to find a way to make Robbie talk again.
