Summary: Miley is upset when she learns from Robbie that her cousin Luanne from Tennessee is coming to visit. She tries to tell him that Luanne is really evil, but Robbie tells Miley that she should just give her another chance now that they are both older. At first after Luanne arrives, it seems like Robbie may have been right after all, but when Luanne ties Miley up in her closet and then goes to a Halloween party dressed as Hannah Montana planning to reveal Miley's secret, it's up to Lilly, Oliver, and a now untied Miley dressed as Hannah to stop her before it's too late. Meanwhile, Robbie and Jackson compete with Mr. Dontzig to see who can have the scariest Halloween display. (This episode features Miley in dual role as Luanne.)
