Summary: After Robbie tells her that she can't go to the premiere of Ashton Kutcher's new movie because she has to stay home and study, Miley is convinced to sneak out of the house and go to the premiere by Lilly and Oliver. Little does she know though that Jackson has the exact same idea except he's going to meet girls. Once they get there, both Miley and Jackson are surprised to see their dad there, and get an even bigger surprise when they realize that he's on a date with a real estate agent named Margo Diamond. Miley is extremely upset that Robbie would even try to replace her mother that died three years ago, so she decides to go down to the real estate agent's office dressed as Hannah Montana to try to find out a little bit about this lady their dad is dating.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Hannah's satchel switches from her right side to the left side at the realtor's office. It is on the right side until she comes out of the closet, when it is on the left side.
CONT: When they are behind the cutout while the guy is looking at it, it's beside the poster for "The Mystery", then in the next shot it's beside the poster for "Heartaches", then it's back beside the "The Mystery" poster.
CHAR: When Miley and Jackson are in the closet, Jackson says he has a Yard Sale sign in his back door, but it actually says "Open House".
CONT: After Oliver drops his popcorn bucket, the camera cuts to Robbie, it then cuts back to the cut out which everyone is hiding behind and the bucket is gone. It then reappears beside the wall and then suddenly moves to the center of the cinema lobby in the next shot.
SYNC: Near the end of the episode we see Miley singing the song "I Miss You", a song apparently about her mom. She keeps on singing and then she stops playing the guitar but the guitar music keeps on going.
