Mike Olshansky is a disgraced former cop. After he is discovered taking money from a narcotics crime scene he loses his badge and family. Now he drives a taxi-cab, and helps his fares with their personal and criminal problems in an effort to redeem himself. He helps the cops by stopping some bad guys, but it all must stay underwraps...if he ever wants his old job back.
