Summary: When Maggie decides to pursue her career in journalism and goes back to work, Jason moves his practice to the house so that he can watch the kids. It's not long before he realizes how difficult it's going to be when he learns that his son, Mike has been picked up by the police for underage driving.

TRIVIA

Elizabeth Ward (II) was originally chosen to play Carol Seaver, but after the pilot was shown to test audiences with poor results she was replaced by Tracey Gold who originally auditioned and lost the part to Elizabeth Ward. All scenes that involved Carol Seaver were re-shot, except the police station scene where Elizabeth Ward's part was only deleted. One can still see her 'loitering' in the background.
