Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (errors in geography): The facility that Meredith visits, where prisoner 'Eric Stoltz' goes for treatment is wrong. The facility that houses and executes prisoners in Washington is in Walla Walla, more than 4 hours away from Seattle. There is no way he would have gone to SGH or she could have driven 4+ hours to see his execution.
- Goof (factual errors): The state of Washington does not have the death penalty and, therefore, has no death row prisoners.
Trivia
- Every episode of the show is named after a famous song. "Wish You Were Here" is a song by Pink Floyd.
