Summary: While rumors about the chief's retirement begin to fly among the hospital staff, Bailey pushes for the creation of a free clinic at Seattle Grace. Meanwhile, The interns treat a woman diagnosed with stage 4 cancer who has a complex Puritan past and Callie and Cristina operate on a runner in order to save his legs.
