Summary: George and Izzie race to find Denny a heart as his heart gets weaker and weaker by the minute. Derek is faced with the pressure of performing surgery on one of his friends, while Cristina is faced with the pressure of running the O.R. after she is left in charge. Meanwhile, the interns are supervised by Erica, a new attending, who tries her hardest to act like Bailey, but has a tough time doing so.
