Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): When you first see Izzie looking at the OR board after she's been thrown out of Burke's operation, there are some sections of one of the operations rubbed out. When you next see her looking at the OR board (after Alex has bet that "Burke's guy went down"), the row is magically filled up. Meredith and Bailey come along and Meredith rubs out the same sections again.
