Summary: When the nurses at Seattle Grace go on strike, the doctors are forced to work without them. While most of the doctors cross the picket line, George refuses to cross due to his union roots. With Bailey on maternity leave, the interns meet their temporary resident, Dr. Sydney Heron, who is the exact opposite of Dr. Bailey, which Cristina has a hard time adjusting to. Meanwhile, secrets from Izzie's past are revealed as she treats a young, pregnant teen; and Meredith makes a mistake in treating an elderly patient.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: Izzie reveals that her hometown is Chehalis, Washington. She pronounces it "Cheh-hay-less" and it is actually pronounced "Sheh-hay-less".
CONT: As Buffy is going to sleep, just before the scene changes to her mother's bedroom the display on her alarm clock suddenly changes from green to red but the time shown remains the same
CONT: When Derek is in the closet with Meredith, he gives her a bag to breathe into. The bag has an orange sticker on one side. In one shot, you see the sticker on her right, and in the next shot it disappears. Then it reappears on the her left side.
