Summary: When The Every-Other-Wednesday-Afternoon-Discussion-Club decides to start a Hooterville orchestra, Lisa calls on a conductor friend of hers, Sir Geffory "Poopsie," to come help. But when he gets there he discovers that the orchestra members are actually the Hooterville Volunteer Fire Department Marching Band.
