Summary: Lisa is so upset to discover that Hooterville has no beauty parlor that she calls her mother to send a hairdresser down. But once the new hairdresser gets there, he gives all of the women new hairdos and they refuse to work around the farm. Meanwhile, Oliver is busy trying to fertilize his wheat crop.
