Summary: Max sees a trailer for The Mutilator, and decides that he has to see it. Max decides to bring P.J. along, P.J. says that he'll be too scared, but Max convinces him to go anyway. Goofy refuses to let Max go, claiming that Max won't be able to handle a horror movie, and that he'll get nightmares. Goofy finally lets up, and they go to see the movie. It turns out that Max is terrified, while P.J. isn't frightened in the least bit. P.J. decides to stay the night at Max's house, and Pete sees this as a perfect opportunity to scare the daylights out of them. Pete pretends to be The Mutilator, and Max and P.J. run into the attic. They realize that Goofy is downstairs, so they decide to be brave and go down their and save Goofy!
