Summary: Pete has been in legal trouble as of late, as city inspectors suspect that he has performed some underhanded business tactics. In order to get them off of his back, Pete encourages Goofy to become a city inspector, though once he becomes one, Goofy begins to investigate Pete’s business more fiercely than any inspector had before him.
