Summary: When Penny is robbed by a pickpocket while Christmas shopping, she snatches the necklace under the watchful eye of the department store security camera. Ironically, Ms. Dobbs is awaiting Willona and Penny's return at the Evans home and witnesses the policeman describing the crime and alerts her that the final adoption may not happen. But when Ms. Dobbs becomes drunk on the eggnog at the Evans Christmas bash, Willona threatens to tell her superiors about her drunken singing display.
