Good Eats is bit like Mythbusters for food. Alton explains how it all works and often shows what happens when it all goes wrong. My kids call it Cooking for Nerds. |

At first, i couldn't stand the way this show was filmed. But once it was left on every minute for weeks on end in my apartment. You gotta love it. Alton Brown is perfect. It's a perfect combination. Maybe Alton Eats? Or, Good Brown? |

I love this show. Yeah Alton is quirky... but you actually learn something and he is entertaining. Most cooking shows are so boring. |

Good show, bit nerdy and manic at times, but despite his quirky personality Alton does grow on you. Once you get past the personality he is a very sharp chef with a focus on the chemistry and details of the cooking process. |
